Paramount Investments new website allows prospective pub buyers to view extensive property details online.

The new site has a comprehensive search facility that allows buyers to search for a property using a range of criteria such as location and price.

A sophisticated mapping tool then allows buyers to view the pub and the surrounding area. It also lists any planning permissions that have been granted or requested for each pub.

Floor plans and other documents can also be viewed online, and buyers are even able to make offers through the site.

The site also details how many pubs Paramount has available in each region of the UK.

Mallorees School Old Boy Backs School Music

A former pupil of Maloree’s School now a local estate agent sponsored a fund-raising jamboree at Christchurch Avenue on Saturday June 28th. It was the Maloree’s School Fair and everyone enjoyed the warm sunny day of fun filled festivities.

The organiser, Belinda Littler, Chair of Malorees Parent Staff and Friends Association, had worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the event; which was well attended by pupils, parents and relatives. The old boy who sponsored the event to the tune of £1,000 is now a director at Paramount Properties located on West End Lane, West Hampstead. All proceeds from the fair are going towards the school, especially the support of its thriving music programme.

“Being a former pupil I was really pleased to now be a position to sponsor the fair;” says Spencer Lawrence, Director of Lettings, Paramount Properties. “Maloree’s enjoys strong support from dedicated parents who always appreciate extra assistance so we were happy to step in and fill a gap.”

Paramount organised a professional face painter to the delight of many children who paraded around with everything from flowery princess tiaras to lifelike animals and flags emblazed across their faces.

It wasn’t only the children who had a good time. Staff from Paramount equally enjoyed the fair. They said it reminded them of their own school days.

Shopping in North West London: Brent Cross

WITH Hampstead and Highgate famed for its independent shops and village atmosphere, shoppers often find themselves short of breath on a trip up the road to retail behemoth Brent Cross.

Now the shopping centre has come up with a solution – an oxygen bar. The Oxygen Zone opened earlier this month and is aimed at keeping people shopping rather than dropping while at the giant retail centre.”It’s fantastic that we can give those shoppers who feel in need of a boost some extra invigoration,” said marketing manager Norman Black.

The new bar combines oxygen with aromatherapy and even offers inhalers a massage at the same time.Celebs such as Elizabeth Hurley and Prince are said to be fans of the treatment, but as yet haven’t journeyed to north London for either retail or oxygen therapy.
